ADULT POOL SESSIONS START 23rd NOVEMBER
Pool sessions for adult members will be on Thursday evenings starting 23rd November from 20:15-21:15 at Truro High.
This is a great way to get the most out of your membership as these sessions are FREE for full adult members.
All levels of swimmer welcome. We generally group in lanes to suit a variety of different speeds and styles; with groups enjoying a few relaxed lengths with friends, focusing on staying surf-fit over the winter or developing technique with a more structured programme.
